I agree, Hatton was A- for me at his best at 140. Margarito too at his best was A-, maybe B+ aswell I think

 

I've never been a fan of Pavlik.

Come on man. A guy who beat Kostya Tszyu and held world titles at two weights including The Ring title at lww is not a B-class fighter. Hatton was p4p ranked for a few years, and his only 2 losses were to p4p#1 ATG fighters. I'm not a fan of Hatton (in fact I don't like him and don't think he was good enough to be inducted into the HOF), but regardless his credentials are A-class.

 

Anyway, my favourite was and always will be Wayne McCullough. Came up a little short at world level, but had the best chin ever seen in boxing history. Legend.

people here have different standards of what is A and B class. would it help if we classify guys like floyd and pac as A+ or even A++ so that guys like hatton or margarito can be considered A?

 

I always liked Malignaggi. Don't know why because he irritates me sometimes. Maybe it's just because he has a granite chin?

and Hatton was clearly above B class if people are saying Katsidis is B :nut
