    What is your favorite Hopkins execution? For me there are 4 choices;

    1) Nards's destruction of Glen Johnson- Glen was 32-0 at the time and was in his mid to late 20's. Nard put on a clinic. He completely manhandled Johnson for 11 rounds before the ref pulled the plug. Hopkins remains the only fighter to stop Johnson

    2) Nard's destruction of Felix Trinidad - Trinidad was prime, undefeated, a top 5 p4p fighter, and a healthy favorite. Most assumed he would batter and KO Hopkins and then take on Roy in a farewell fight. Hopkins ruinded those plans in a big way. The fight started out slow and Tito even won an early round. However, slowly but surely asserted his domincance. He kept Tito off balance the whole night. He stayed away and countered him early then pressured him late and stopped him in the 12th. No other guy has ever stopped Tito

    3) Nard's destruction of Tarver - Nard went up two weight classes for this fight. Tarver was a healthy favorite and most thought that Nard would get blasted. Hopkins fought a great tactical fight. The fight was a little dull, but Hopkins befuddled Tarver for 12 rounds; constanly busting milk dud with that lead right.

    4) Nard's destruction of Pavlik - This fight reminded me of the Tito fight. Once again you had a young, p4p, undefeated fighter that most assumed would batter and KO Hopkins on his way to a bigger fight. Once again, Hopkins played the role of spoiler. Unlike the Tito fight, Nard commenced to beating the hell out of Pavlik from the opening bell. The lopsidedness of the right was reminiscent of the Johnson execution.

    Yeah, it's one thing to demolish the guy from the lower weight-class, but Tarver is practically a CW and Hopkins beat him like a misbehaving child.

    vs segundo mercado II (beatdown)

    but the one vs trinidad truly humiliated tito through the 11 rounds and destroyed him in the 12.

    Trinidad is a all time favorite, no doubt. Tarver was good too. But seeing how emotional Bernard got when he was looking down at press row really helped me realize how much this meant to him. It's hard picking a favorite, but I went with this victory over Pavlik. That might change over time - but it is pretty goddamn lovely.

    That's what I was thinking. I can't chose one. All 4 were great in a different way.

    B-hops brilliance stands out. Footwork, defense, offense, speed, power, stamina, ring generalship, workrate, connect percentage, etc. it's all there in the pavlick fight

    Trinidad was sweet, but I think my favorite was the second Echols fight. There was so much bad blood going into that bout and Hopkins just punked Antwun and stopped him in like 10 rounds. That was fantastic.

    It was a dirty, rough fight and I think Hopkins hurt his shoulder. But he just kept coming and took Echols out.

    man, u beat me to the punch i was about to mention that! both r very good in the first one b-hops gets dropped in the first round with a punch after the bell. the second one b-hop wanted to kill echols, and echols was one bad mofo at the time. i have to say that one and a close second has to be that 2nd robert allen fight where B-hop just walks in the ring and blasts allen to let him know he don't even belong in the same ring as B-hop and then just leaves the ring like if he wasn't satisfied with just knocking him out. i think he didn't even give any interviews after the fight. B-hop just taking care of business. gotta love that mofo!
