What if Emmanuel Augustus had proper management and successfully capitalized his talent?

Probably the biggest "What if?" of the past 3 decades. (Dang, has it really been that long??)

    Braddock beating Louis

    Foreman beating Ali.

Witherspoon getting the nod against Holmes

Hopkins beating Jermain Taylor and staying at MW how does his lack of presence effect LHW?

Wilder getting the nod in the 1st Fury fight(if only because Wilder gets no credit for the 2-0 knockdown and people act like Fury not getting that win is a robbery)

Francis getting the 2nd unscored knockdown and beating Fury

I would have RJJ staying at HW but I've since learned if he had he'd have had to do a John Ruiz rematch and that was a lose lose for him I can't blame him turning down. But RJJ getting the HW lineage instead of Vitali could have changed that chaotic era.

I'd also add Wepner v Ali because that fight was the inspiration for the Rocky franchise and you wonder how Wepner winning that fight changes that.

I'm also curious how people would view Michael Spinks if he never fought Tyson.

What if Carl Williams was awarded the decision against Holmes? How would that've impacted the division and the way things played out not only for the rest of the 80s, but also the 90s? (The Truth becomes the king and lines up a couple defenses before losing to Tyson earlier, and Tyson becoming unified sooner, no Holmes for Mercer to drop his belt against, he probably fights Moorer, etc.)

Way too many what if, but here goes a few:

    - What if Ali makes the sensible call and retires after Manila?
    - What if Norton isn't robbed vs. Ali?
    - What if Moorer listen to Atlas and STFO of Foreman?
    - What if Patterson refuses to fight Liston?
    - What if Duran doesnt freak out with the No More?
    - What if Hearns doesnt break his hand versus Hagler?
    - What if Bonavena is not murdered?
    - What if Hagler goes directly for Sugar?

What if Schmeling won the title again around '37-38, either against Louis or Braddock

Imo his rep would’ve been thrashed. Even now I believe patterson to be underrated but if he had ran away from the #1 contender (and obvious king of the division) he would have gone down as a coward. Thankfully he acted like the great man he is and gave Liston a shot.

    What if Frazier won Manila?

What if Bowe fought Lewis instead of throwing the belt into the trash?

What if Liston was granted a title shot earlier?

What if Marciano didn’t retire and fought till he was washed? Even after losing the title? When would be lose it and to who? Would he keep fighting to make money after?

Other what if would have been to absolutely get Foreman v Holmes….and prime Mayweather v prime Pac…we were robbed on both accounts

What IF Bert Gilroy didn't break his Pelvis bone 3 weeks before his June 10th 1940 date with Jock McAvoy...

would he have beaten McAvoy and of course the follow up would have been onto America for a showdown with Tony Zale?

what if he would have gotten his Middleweight tilt in the 4/5 years that followed?

What IF Freddie Mills would have Defended his British L-HW Title against Gilroy, his No.1 between 1944 - 48, could Bert have outpoint Mills for a Title victory.

both events never happened and it is quite clear why, especially for the MW Title.

What if Floyd took a L against Castillo I and, eventually, Maidana I?

What if only one champion per category remained forever?
