Oh ****, I didn't even notice that. Roy was always a favorite of mine, and I thought his fight with Woods was one his best performances. Mike Tyson is another favorite of mine. That was his second fight with Bruno. He was getting his career back on track and Bruno was talking a lot of **** to him. Great comeback fight for Mike. I like Lewis, however it was nice to see the underdog pull off a big upset and become the HW champ. I have no problem with British fighters; pure coincidence here.
My favorite boxing moments - Duran beating Leonard - Tyson winning the title at 20 against Berbick - Whitaker seriously outclassing Chavez - Hopkins knocking Trinidad out - Barrera getting the verdict in the third fight against Morales - Hearns knocking Cuevas out (was in attendance) - Jones outclassing Ruiz to win the HW belt
Pavlik v Taylor II? If you're a Pavlik fan, I would think that the first fight would be a better moment.
I felt bad for Rahman. However, that was a damn good moment in boxing history. He went tumbling onto the ground and then there was a fight in the background.
