Lampley is also partly responsible for the demise of HBO boxing. Over the last decade, he and that other old fart Larry Merchant and to some extent Harold Lederman shitted on American fighters. I've lost count how many times I've hard to mute the television over Lampley biased commentary against American fighters. Sorry, I can't find a nice thing to say about Lampley.
