stupid/tough question but would you consider Hall of Famers like Jimmy Carter (not the president) or Joe Brown journey men? they lost a ridiculous number of fights but beat a hell of a lot of guys to. Not all time great skills but hard working, determined honest fighters. Sound like journey-men to me
