Favorite Patterson fights from the 50s?

    I really like the first fight with Jackson (awesome hw slugfest) and the great tactical affair with Moore. What 'bout y'all?

    It's been a while since I've seen it, but I recall the Chuvelo fight being very good.

    That was in 1965 actually. Otherwise, it is easily my favorite Patterson fight. Actually, it's one of my favorite fights ever.

    My favorite fight was Floyd Patterson vs Roy Cut N Shoot Harris on Aug 18 1958, in Los Angeles, California. Floyd won by TKO 12, Harris decked Floyd, but Patterson got up to stop him.

    Beating old Archie for the title. Being the under dog going in, people seeing Moore put up such a great battle against the Rock, they automatically thought that Floyd was to young and green.
    Patterson proved himself there I believe
