    George Groves
    Sergey Kovalev (although i'm not as sold on him as some)
    Andy Ruiz JR. (the Americans might have something here with him actually. he's got some nice skills even though he's over weight)

    Frampton is a little past the prospect stage but he's one I've followed with interest.

    Dodie Boy Penalosa Jr. looks exciting, 11-0 (11KO), features on Top Rank undercards, good power in both hands and will probably be touted/promoted as the next Pacquaio with tentative comparasions being made at this early stage.
