Mine was the second one. Both men were fully on for this bout. Norton was for all three. Ali was at his seventies best for the Inglewood 1973 rematch, but out of shape for the first one and decidedly shopworn for the third.

Second one is clearly best IMO, although the third one is also absorbing and kind of thrilling from a will he/won't he point of view.

I like the first. Norton came in too light the second fight and it showed. He seemed overtrained a bit.

From an action standpoint, the second one was definitely the best on a consistent basis

    First or third for me.

On a side note, Kenny landed one hell of a bodyshot on Ali in their third fight, about halfway through the fight. Ali wilted from that shot; it definitely hurt him. About the only time I've seen Ali really hurt from a bodyshot.

You're dead on about that bodyshot. It was indicative of how much Muhammad had slipped, condition wise, from winning the title back from George Foreman two years previously. George was a far harder hitter than Ken and Ali hardly even winced back then

The second. That was the most competitive of the three with some good action. Both men went for it, and were completely spent at the end.

The first wasn't very competitive. Ali was out of shape and barely fought at all. Plus he got a broken jaw at some point which put him in survival mode.

The third was pretty good too, even if the decision wasn't.
