I have read both the above mentioned and thought there are tens which I could mention,I would add to those listed; The Teddy Atlas bio and more so,The Big If,The Johnny Owen story.Even if you aren't from the UK,I'd urge you to check out the tragic tale of Johnny.Even my wife read that,it really is one of the saddest tales in boxing history.
Also thouroughly enjoyed;Four Kings,Ringside(excerpts from Budd Schulberg) and another excerpt book from Hugh McIlvanney.
The one about Tyson's opponents and Hands of Stone were good. Was a bit disappointed with the Ray Leonard and Tommy Hearns bios though.
Got Angelo Dundee still to read and can't wait for the Arguello bio that's coming soon.

Yeh Johnny Owen story is tragic, very sad reading but what a warrior.
Also the Hurricane Carter books - lazarus and the hurricane and the 16th round are a must read..........

Jack Johnson's is very very good, as is Pollock's book on Fitzsimmons. I also enjoyed the Nipper Daly book, as well as Four Kings
