:good i kinda agree with you i prefer welter myslef as my prime wieght to see but cruiser is really starting to make shape. not that long ago it was a ******* heavywieght division now you can have guys who just couldnt hang with the heavies duke it out together. they are the top end of the scale who NEED to trian to make wieght which is why i have a admiration for it. also the level of class the fighter have is amazing people have a look at the records and see losses and think these are nobodies. well maybe not certified greats but it's such an active division.
Man I like most all of them: All have highs and lows, but if I had to choose: 1.Welters 2. MiddleWeight 3. Light Heavy/Cruiser
I have a long lasting soul relationship with the middleweights - by my own definition, they are the right measured fast and strong fighters to be able to box n punch effectively mid way from the welters ( can't really punch) and the Super-Middles ( can't really box smoothly), the Queen division in boxing that always has been and will be. Pavlik is the new blood and young'unner to bring the excitement but he has to come up twice against Taylor to prove he's for keeps. Abraham in my understanding, is an exceptional boxer and has tons of heart too. Sturm is not what he used to be but still is above average in skills and talent. And there are so many up-comers that I don't find space to get them all at once and in short. No doubts that my favourite MWs are not the best division right now - obviously the welters have so many top level contenders that it's easy to picture 10 or more great confrontations there and that's what will feed fans and the Boxing Forum - the Mayweather fans, the Cotto fans, the Williams', the Cintron's, the Margarito's, the Mosley's, the Judah's, then there comes Berto, maybe Hatton back again, maybe Hoya and his legions of fans...
