Quality.... I love Ireland... hate over the top people who claim to be irish just for the sake of a conversation but I absolutely love the place... Gr8, knowledgable crowd too... I'd live there if I had the money. Dead proud of my Irish Heritage not sure why.... Think my ma must have drilled it into me when I was learning to read.. :good

I agree with this, I was at the event for my birthday. Missus got us ringside seats and we saw Clinton Woods and Bruno. Also got an autograph from Joe Calzaghe. The traffic outside completely spoilt the night. Our hotel was only a few miles away, but it took about 2 hours to get there. I hope they sort this for the next Haye fight.

I'm hoping the MSG atmosphere is as good as rumoured as I'm off there for the Calz vs Jones fight.

I haven't been to many boxing events  but thought Johanneson v Mitchell at the O2 was great - contender for domestic fight of the year for me.

Hatton v Mayweather just because of the occasion - the weigh in was better than the fight IMO, when they called all the champoins up on stage and then the face off with Calzaghe and Hopkins. The fight itself was a bit of a let down as Hatton was never really in it, but a great weekend.

Scott Harrison v Nedal Hussein - it was the only time I got to one of Scotts fights.

Hatton v Castillo - my first trip to Vegas.

    errol christie v mark kaylor.
    real 50/50 fight
there was a lot of hype leading up to this one and huge animosity/fights, it was not that many years after the brixton riots, great atmosphere at wembley (needed to be wembley was one cold venue )and a great see saw battle of a fight as well.

cant remember the year, about 1986 i would guess.
i wanted christie to win , kaylor won but it was still a thrilling battle where you never sat down from the first bell to last .

Kiko martinez V Bernard Dunne... funny as **** about a 15min ring walk for Dunne which included anthem and live singers etc... then about 45 seconds in the ring.

A bloke in the bog after said it'd cost him more than 1 euro a second to watch the fight
