    Chicken..

    Oranges, strawberrys

    General foods high in carbohydrates, also I'm not assed about saturated fat. You need fat, i really honestly don't give a flying **** about saturated fat.

    If you train like a mad man, your body becomes very very efficient at metabolism fat into energy.


    Your body is like a steam train, the faster you go. It dose'nt matter what you put into the furnace or whatever they call it on trains, whatever you put in will be burnt..!
