Damn Manny sure puts a hurtin on the bag! Looks just as fast and sharp today as he did at that weight!

It's interesting to note that Pac doesn't move his head a lot in that video, but when you see him today hit the heavy bag, he's not just hitting the bag, but you see him working on feints and head movement all at once.

Hands low, no head movement. Even his fat little friend Buboy or whatever is telling him to move his head at 1:04. Great speed. Good power. However, the lack of defense is astounding.
