Good question. I've been following boxing for 40 years and haven't a clue. These parasitic alphabet organizations just make up titles to get sanctioning fees. They should be ignored - particularly when they add obscure meaningless names for their bogus belts!!
Fecarbox is the shortened name of the Federacion Centroamericana de Boxeo Profesional. It is a Central American arm of the WBC. Sort of the Central American version of the North American Boxing Federation. This is not something I knew. I just researched it when I saw your post.
