Fedor Alekandrovich Chudinov vs. Umar Sadiq

9/11, this Friday @ Khimki Basketball Center, airing live throughout Mother Russia on Ren TV.

Chudinov was supposed to have fought in a more interesting match-up with a more well-known, experienced and celebrated African opponent, Isaac Chilemba, in March - but coronavirus said no. I've never heard of Sadiq but he's coming off a February victory over Kody Davies in a British super middleweight title final eliminator. While he's mostly a question mark, Fedor continues to be a mercurial puzzle - sometimes looking poor (as in his gift decision over Nadjib Mohammedi) and sometimes the goods (as in his legit decision over Mohammedi's somewhat hard-used countryman Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam)

 

...bear in mind that Williams got knocked out by Lee freaking McAllister in an unsanctioned bout in 2018.

If we get the 'on' version of Chudinov - it beats Sadiq.

If we get the 'off' version - it also probably beats Sadiq (though not as comfortable and perhaps even undeservedly...but nonetheless...)
