Cain is inexperinced.

Shane Carwin is both inexperienced and a can, as shown when he couldnt even finish round 1. He didnt choose his punches and didnt pace himself, and couldnt finish a clearly out of his depth fighter in Brock lesnar.

JDS showed the same stuff in the Carwin fight that he shown in his loss. The problem was that the guy that beat him had a better chin than Cain and also had a far better submission game than Cain.

Good luck KOing Overeem, because unlike Brock and Cain, Overeem is actually an experienced fighter with a legit striking (not hyped up like Cain and Brock).

Fedor can STILL be a top 10 HW if he was in the ufc. His downfall wasn't because he failed to "evolve" or he's fighting "legit" contenders. Rather, negotiation and lifestyle changes caused inactivity and lack of will for training. (it's gods will)

Fedor is known for 1 thing - work ethic. This is what made him a machine. He was a monster in the gym. Training at high intensity until the day was over. His game is dependent on explosive strength and great conditioning. His timing was magnificent along with his reaction. You lose these attributes when you don't train and fight.

Fedor went from

to his grappling coach criticizing his lack of training for the past several years.

Fedor is on the right path with resuming strength and conditioning. Not sure if he can emulate his old intensity. But it is a good sign paired with remaining active.
