For the record, I'm not surprised, but disappointed.

Fedor's done and needs to retire.

And after his back to back losses and Overeems stinker against Werdum the Fedor vs Overeem fight has gone the way of the Fedor vs Couture fight.

Goddamn, I've never seen someone who gets so charged up over people he doesn't know and will never know as does scurlar and I haven't seen a more perfect example of the stereotypical spurned PRIDE/JMMA nerd, either.

Fedor, Fecalstein, and their merry band of M-1 ****s singlehandedly turned the latter half of the career of the greatest HW to date into a sickening farce by all of their contractual games and trying to push their subpar cesspit of a product onto a company that didn't need Fedor nor M-1. For you to expect Dana White, a businessman and fight promoter, to remain respectful and adore Fedor the way you do after the continuous boxing-esque promotion difficulties is far-fetched to say the least.

Also, almost everyone gets cut after three in a row unless they're an extraordinary draw and Fedor was only that among hardcore fans. Even that's sure to wane some, as well, due to the abysmal nature of his last three performances.

The man got finished 3 fights in a row. I'm still firmly attached to his nuts, but I'm not entirely unrealistic either. It's not surprising he got cut.

The issue is Whites complete lack of respect for the greatest heavy of all time, not the cut.

Like Scurla said, White is just a typical scumbag promoter.

Read my previous post. Fedor and his leeching M-1 shitbags made all sorts of foolish demands that weren't possibly going to be met and gave Zuffa the run around every chance they got. Why the **** would he respect the guy?

Why are you blaming White for Fedor losing three in a row? If Fedor wins, Fedor keeps fighting and getting paid. For the money he was making there's no WAY anyone keep putting him up there to lose. You'll never miss a chance to **** and moan about "evil Dana" or "evil Zuffa" or whatever, huh?

i thought his contract was up....should be more like "not resigned" instead of "cut"

You should be dissapointed in Fedor.

Zuffa's hands are tied.. You don't think Fedor The Great got the proper exposure since he has been fighting in America? Should he now be moved to The UFC after 3 losses in a row? Not to mention he has been on the slide for years and in the twilight of his career.

Jesus christ I'm not talking about any of that or am I surprised he's released or any of that ****, I'm merely saying I'm disgusted Dana White is still being a ****ing **** about Fedor and being all hipster like and saying he's overrated and blahblahblah. It's so insulting.

Insulting? Yes.. But there is some substance to what he is saying.

I think what bothers people the most is that the president of The UFC speaks his mind.

true...he could have simply said something like

"we feel it isn't in the best interest of our fans, or the UFC, to resign fedor after reviewing his recent fights. we wish him the best of luck with whatever he decides to pursue in the future."

classy w/o sounding like a dick, yet still getting the point across

It would be funny if Fedor fought Overeem overseas. Still a fight I want to see.
