Its a great to see Fedor sparring with good boxers in boxing, and shows just how quick he really is for a HW. Its also good to see that Fedor trains with the best of the best including training with Hollands best for his kickboxing and Russia's best for boxing. Its also good to see MMA and boxers helping each other out, and not the animosity that you see in some promotions. Boxing and MMA can and should co-exist. It just so happens that both men are from the same small town of Stary Oskol, it must be the water they drink down there that produces good fighters.
His stand up is so much better than it was early in his career; it was always pretty effective as a means to an end in getting the takedown, not the legitimate fight ender it is now.
