I think Mir was better on the mat but Barnett was a better all rounder.

Mir was in his physical prime before the crash, but he was never technically as good as he later became.

Mir is a fat bum with a bad chin. Fedor not much better.

Hoping Fedor can clip him. But he's probably going to get caught and finished tomorrow.

    The

Mir by rottenly boring decision probably...or long dragged out garbage hump-fest with a late submission. Who even cares though right? Bellator needs to get their **** together.

(I still voted Fedor KO for some reason though lol)

Looking at them both at the weigh in, Mir looks like he's trained hard and Fedor looks like he hasn't seen the inside of a gym since his last fight. Hes always looked supple Fedor but he looks fat old and not interested. I fully expect the no1 heavy ever to be retired by Mir tonight

To be fair that's how Fedors looked for a long time, although he was more toned during Pride. I can still clearly remember a fat Fedor during the late 2000s-early 10s who'd spark Mir. Hope he's taken this one seriously because if he has then he'll have a shot.

I know, that's what I've just said lol. Fedors fighting on memory now. I honestly would find it hard to pick him against anyone at this stage, and Mir still has that ground game

I'm actually far less worried about the ground game than Fedor running into a big shot. Fedor at his best was too quick at hand and foot for someone to Mir to deal with, it would be Ian Freeman all over again. But this fight will probably end up looking like something between Mir/Duffee and Fedor/Maldonado. Fedor will probably come out swinging and it wouldn't be shocking in the slightest if he hurts Mir, but chances are he'll run into something while looking for the finish. The Mitrione fight left a really bad taste in my mouth, this is sour icing on the proverbial cake.

Nice to be proved wrong. Sonnen and retire, that would be a nice end considering how bad he's looked over the last few years. Really happy for him with that win

That fight could've gone either way with those reckless exchanges, just the way its been happening with Fedors last half dozen fights, hence the KO lose by Mitronne......... He was stunned within the first 20 seconds and he was fortunate that Mir tripped over him. They exchanged again and it was heart in mouth who was going to be lights out.

Fedor better not lose to Sonnen, now that would be embarrassing .....lol
