In the end...the guy gets everything he ever wanted...

    He gets paid 10 million.
He's not forced to fight exclusively for M1
He can participate in any sambo competition he wants to.
& now M1 just happens to be owned by a billionaire
+ Since there's no exclusivity. Fedor can fight in japan too.

Obviously , with all these demands...there was simply no way that Dana and co would've accepted all that ****...

1 they were against him , having the freedom to fight in sambo tournaments.

2 they wanted him to ONLY fight for the UFC.
    (hey it's kinda understandable)

Unfortunately for them...Emelianenko never had "exclusive" contracts to begin with. And that's precisely why he was the only guy they couldn't get / force to fight for UFC.

Because fedor's pride contract wasn't an exclusive one.

I can't say that i blame them ( zuffa)...It's normal to have exclusitives over their fighters.

They could have just made some construction that would allow him to participate in Sambo tournaments but not any other big MMA organisation. But even Randy said that what they offered Fedor was insulting.
