I dont see it as going bigger and better, its actually devolved. Fedor was great in multiple sports, fought different champions around the world, packed stadiums with more people than UFC has now, was in bigger events, fought more, and more well rounded. JDS is pretty one dimentional as is the other new breeds like Brock, and Carwin wasnt even prepared to last more than one round. The only thing thats changed is people dont get old they just go to their doctors and do drugs.
Cain lost to JDS who lost to another guy who lost to a whole bunch cans. Therefore Yang Hae-Joon would crush both JDS and Cain.
Anything that involves puffing out would be his specialty. If you have all body cramps he has stuff for that too.
I understand MMAth BS and "styles make fights" and all that, but seeing how Bigfoot totally owned and dominated Fedor on the ground like he was a kid and how Velasquez did the same at the same single aspect of mma, I think you can say a bit more in this case than in other times, if you're being honest about it.
To be fair to Bigfoot, for a majority of the Cain fight he was fully conscious, in control of his limbs and aware of his surroundings, but he was unable to properly defend himself because he couldn't see anything with all the blood in his eyes. Without the forehead cut he would have done a lot better. I mean, if I had stepped in for Cain at the 30 second mark I'm pretty sure I could have beaten Bigfoot. The main couldn't see anything. :hat
