That submission.. Is their a name for it? Would that constitute as an armbar?

Yes, that's just a straight armbar using the legs. Every art has a different name for it.

Size made such a difference. Felt bad for the Zombie.

You can see how light and agile Fedor is. He always will be a 205 pound fighter and if he chose to really embrace dieting and cutting weight then he would be 185!

No. Just no. 205 at an absolute stretch. But 185? Are you having a laugh?

He might be a little soft and cuddly round the mid-section, but he is not a small guy.

If he got rid of the spare tire and learned how to cut weight then yeah, 205 isn't outside the realm of possibility, but 185? No.

Weidman lost 32 pounds in 10 days. KenFloy made 145. GSP cuts 22 pounds for his fights. Like I said, IF he embraces it then he could but his healthiest and fittest option would be 205 with an easy 5 to 10 pound cut.

Dude you know good and well Fedor is NEVER going to make 185. Granted the guys a small heavy but he's the PERFECT size optimally for a heavyweight. In days gone by heavyweights were anything between 190 and 220lbs tops. These days we have these 240lb plus beasts who aren't able to throw more than a few punches a round.

I disagree, Weidman was 218lbs and training and made 185 on 10 days notice.

Fedor could have made 185 earlier in his career. Now the big cut would hamper him.

Hell there is a guy at the gym who walks around at 94kg and makes WW easy with a next day weigh in.
