    Anyone ?....
I'm not... If Fedor is as great as i think he is...if i'm not blindly overestimating him , i think he should be able to dominate Barnett.

So i'm gonna predict Fedor by UD... (i don't see fed submiting barnett...the guy is too damn good on the ground )...But i do see a dominant UD...(though maybe not as dominant as his fight vs Nog in 2003)...

But if Fedor loses...i'll be the first to admit that it'll be a major ****ing shock.

(much bigger than Gonzaga vs Crocop & GSP vs Serra combined)

I'm not predicting an upset as in being willing to bet one's avatar - but I would not be shocked to see Barnett defeat Fedor. Barnett has the goods to beat anyone on any given night - save perhaps Mirko Crocop who seems to have Barnett's number.

Barnett have a good chance but i think fedor is just too talented. Fedor wins this fight proly by KO or submission.

I have never bet against Fedor no point starting now, Fedor is better than Barnett in most skills.

It would be foolish to just dismiss Barnett as just anyone else. Fedor defeated a higher established wrestler in Coleman, and I'm sure that Nogueira is just as competent in submissions as Barnett. Barnett still combines wrestling skills with submissions better than probably anyone Fedor has faced. Add to that the fact that he is around 250lbs, Barnett is a formidable foe.

I'm not picking Barnett in this one, but won't think the end of the world is near if he pulls off the upset. Barnett is one of the few names missing on Fedor's record, and would surely be regarded as a higher quality challenger than his previous two.

btw don't get me wrong...i'm not insinuating that it would be an enormous shock because Barnett sucks or anything...On the contrary , Barnett is very dangerous on the ground and he's one of the rare "big" guys who's extremely solid in both submission + wrestling department.

But it would still be a major shock for me simply because ...Well...

Everybody's been waiting for this guy to lose for years now...so it would be quite something... I know that everyone has to lose at one point or another (unless you retire in time...but most fighters don't)

And like i said in a different thread...If Barnett beats Fedor , he'll be also be the first guy in the history of the sport who's been able to beat both Emelianenkos.... it would be ****ing huge...

It would be like Sanders beating wlad & Viltali....(though , the comparison is not really a good one because Aleksander never was anywhere near his brother's level....On the other hand , Vitali & Wlad are pretty close in terms of talent even though both have a different approach...one is more cautious and technical...the other , tougher & aggressive)

    No.

Even though I think Barnett is more qualified than any other HW out there to pull off such a monstrous upset, I'm not seeing it happening now.

Fedor will probably win but there ARE holes in his game and he is'nt unbeatable, and has been lucky a couple of times too.

He's the GOAT but not flawless and every fighter needs a bit of luck nomatter how great they are.

If there is one man to beat him, that man is Josh.

I won't be shocked if Josh beat him.

Surely Fedor has gotta lose one day?

Like Fedor said himself "Josh IS dangerous"

I am nervous as hell for this fight and cannot wait, because we really need Fedor to win this one and i think Barnett could have a real chance here!

So you are'nt nervous for Fedor at all? ;)

I'm VERY nervous for him and you can bet your arse that Fedor is training his ass off right now.

I don't think that Fedot see's it quite like you do.

    Barnett is a bad man.

Only way Barnett could win is by a shocking KO. Just like anyone else.

Barnett isn't gonna sub Fedor......and I don't see him grinding out a decision.

Anyone on the face of the earth can be KO'd. And that is,...imo...the only way I see Josh winning this one.

Interestingly for me, I think Fedor is more likely to win by ko. That is mostly due to the occasional overhand right Barnett seems to be susceptible to. Barnett is not particularly that explosive a striker, and his striking skills are merely good according to mma standards. If I were to pick Barnett I would go with decision first, submission second, and ko last.

I'm a little nervous for Fedor.

Barnett is a big man. But anyway seeing his last fight vs Gilbert Yvel don,t make me fear really for Fedor. Its was crazy at how many time Barnett was in mount and wasnt able to finish the fight.
I just hope Fedor skin dont cut open.

This will go to the ground and quickly. Barnett isnt stupid. He knows Fedor has VERY heavy hands. To stand and trade would be disastrous for both men. On the mat though Fedor is simply too good but Barnett also has great wrestling credentials. Alot of factors here but im expecting Fedor to win via submission or brutal GnP as CC did vs Barnett at the OWGP.
