    Right - like it did nothing for Randy Couture to drop down to light heavyweight and win the title. You guys are right that this is not the true world title as in UFC - but it is a good minor league belt.

    Truth. The thing to gain is the fact that I know I'd watch it and I know Fedor has a good chance of gaining a greater legacy by winning another belt in another weightclass.

    If he can make the weight and make the effort he could still be great as a light heavyweight. I don't know if he can make the effort since he has never had to cut before but just looking at him it's clear that he could fight without having to cut tremendous amount of weight if would just lose the excess fat.

    It could be a huge boost to his legacy if he is able to show that the only reason he has recently lost is due to size but that he is still able to be the best at one of MMA's premier weight classes LHW.
