I wouldn't mind seeing that so we can finally settle the Rickson myth once and for all. Don't worry Iron Duke, Fedor will face your American Idol eventually.

What Nuke said. I'd rather see him fight Couture, and by all accounts he really does want to fight him, but there are still contractual issues with Couture and that fight may not transpire until next year.

Have I ever said something like that? No. You're the one who claims Fedor is afraid of Couture. You're ****ing ridiculous and now you're starting to put words in my mouth. Holy ****, Im not big on cursing in writing but **** off ******.

    Pretty close to what?

You have no useful input. All you ever say is complete and utter crap that you made up.

Err.. And, when Fedor finally does embarrass Couture.. Sweetpea, will you make excuses? It probably wont happen for another year since Fedor is going on with his career and Couture is busy acting, and under contract with the UFC..

    Couture.. Current occupation.. Thespian

    Fedor.. Current occupation.. Fighter

    Any questions?

Well.. Whats the worst that can happen to Randy if he breaks his contract with the UFC? And, how significant is 9 months to a year?

If Randy is all about being the best in the world, he can make the fight happen sooner than later. He's already a legend, everybody loves him, looks up to him and admires him.. Me included.. He could be an announcer, actor, or any number of things even if Dana White sues him.

I'll tell you what though.. If Dana White does sue Randy, it will **** the UFC over, because I would never pay to watch another UFC fight, I think many people feel the same way about it.

Just read this, I think its a suitable comparison:

"Fedor choosing M-1 over the UFC would be like Tom Brady choosing the XFL over the NFL. It is a move that can only be construed as dodging the best in the world to compete in some obscure organization for less money & noteriety against second-rate athletes."

Really? Then, not having Fedor would be like not having a dominant football team, that has never lost in the history of its existance.. Which doesn't exist in the NFL at all.. And would make the NFL look pretty silly trying to say the next best football team is actually better (simply because its not in the nfl anymore)

It would be like having a team called say, the Fedors..

Superbowl champions from the first superbowl ever, up to last years..

Thing is, the Fedors leave the NFL, and now the NFL says the next best team is now the best in the world.. Does that make much sense?

    Totally different -

First of all, Fedor has a loss, albeit on cuts. It's the same thing as if the entire Patriots starting lineup got hurt and then they dropped one to the Vikings - still a loss.

Second of all, Fedor has not fought everyone in the HW division, unlike a team that is the Super Bowl champion for X number of years. If you go undefeated in the NFL for one season that's what, 19-0? Fedor has like 23 wins in his entire career.

A hypothetical team that dominates the NFL for 20 years would have beaten any team that threatens their dominance many times over...unlike Fedor, who still has not fought the clear #1 contender to his status as "best HW in the world". While we're on the subject, how many contenders has Fedor beaten in the past 2-3 years?

That makes no sense at all.

First of all, if we're going into analogies here we gota be a little more accurate ok? Its more like if in playoffs Vikings dropped kicked(illegal fyi) all Patriots so they couldn't play. Since, patriots cant continue they get thrown off the playoffs and get a loss and vikings keep going.

Second of all, a career length of a combat athlete is uncomparable to that of a sports club. If you are that stubborn and wanna compare than take both in their whole entety. Fedor through out his career has 26/27 win ratio, can Patriots say the same? Hell no.

Fedor has fought everyone who was put in front of him. There really wasn't anyone in pride that could challenge him when they started putting him against the likes of Zulu or Hunt except Barnette. Im not sure why they didnt put him against Barnette since Hunt just lost to him before he fought Fedor. Tell me if you know... As far as how many contenders? I dunno 2? Nog and CC. Thats the reason why everyone got impatient with Fedor. They couldn't put him up against UFC fighters at the time. And again im not sure why he fought hunt instead of Barnette but Hunt isnt exactly a push over.
