FEDOR: Why did they stop the fight early????

One small punch and three to the back of the head....Herb Dean is a terrible referee.

So a good ref would keep a fight going after one man is knocked out, falls limp and is laying flat on his face? I can tell that you have a real keen eye for the fight game.

 

I don't know how anyone can complain after seeing this.

I watched all the replays and I think although I can understand where Dean is coming from, he shouldve let it go on.

Fedor has always shown tremendous powers of recovery.

 

When the hell has Fedor EVER gone out like that? The man was lying helpless, flat on his face when Herb Dean rushed in to stop the fight. This isn't a matter of Fedor getting rocked on his feet and coming back. This is a case where he was completely out, body limp, arm folded under, face down.. GONE.

Have you ever heard of second impact syndrome? Do you hate Fedor or something? To allow that fight to continue would have been criminal.

There was no ten count.

It's a TKO if the referee waves it off. Unfortunately that means that guys who land such concussive shots that there's no need for a count get saddled with the "TKO" on their record instead of the traditionally more prestigious-looking "KO", but it is what it is.

 

when have you once seen a ten count in mma. no such thing it was a ko fedor was knocked out cold. boxing ten count when a guy gets dropped but not mma.

I initially thought it was early, I think I may have even said a few swears about Herb Dean, but after watching the replay the stoppage was good. Herb is a great ref. I hope this is enough to get Fedor into retirement.
