I personally think the UFC has to buy SF for the heavyweight division alone, just think how deep it would instantly be, not to mention the middleweight and the light weight divisions. That said, The UFC has to also start paying it's fighter some decent cash. Guys like PAc make more money in one fight then all the named fighers in the UFC do in a single year combined, and that includes GSP, Anderson Silva, Liddell, Lesner etc. But the $$ that could be made in the match ups at heavyweight would be mindboggling. Give Coker and whoever else owns SF shares in the UFC and it's a doable deal.
The far bigger concern is if Fedor wins the belt and then leaves the organization. That's an instant credibility gap that's almost impossible to fill. Course Werdum beating him lessens this somewhat.
Which is why boxing is going down the pan with less and less competitive fights being made with every passing day. UFC pays its fighters right.
