I guess he'll either fight Overeem or Kharitonov. It depends...Usually , these fights are for pure entertainment only. & rarely for the belt. But this time , i think there's high chances that dream's HW belt will be on the line. The problem is that it's still too early to confirm if Overeem will be the candidate because his fight ended in a "no contest". (he finished crocop with a huge knee to the groin.) Note: Jerome Lebanner is also supposed to fight on NYE , so i guess he's not out of the equation. He was also present during DREAM 6. And so was Badr hari. (he was sitting right behind fedor). and since the nye is supposed to be a co-K1 production...anything can happen OR They'll simply have a crocop vs overeem rematch in november (they also have a show in korea).
Actually Schilt is crazy now. Obviously he's got nothing on the ground but he's been dominating K1 as I recall.
