This fight has to happen, it would be a great opportunity for UFC to boost their profile even more than it is now, and also to put Fedor's skillsets to play against the top ranked UFC fighters.:good

This letter won't even make Dana lift up his finger. He doesn't give a **** about co-promoting. There's no way in hell Dana is going to co-promote with his competition.

Grandstanding. Fedor knows Dana won't respond. Dana is trying to make Fedor look ****, Fedor is trying to say he thinks the fights can realistically be made. Both of them know deep down they're wrong.

Dana brought fighters like Chuck to Pride why not co-promote to make a major fight like this, this is why I'm not a fan of Dana.

    Hypothetical:

Dana co-promotes with M1 a Nog/Fedor fight. At the same time, behind the scenes M1 is in negotiations with AA and Sylvia, Couture and maybe even Barnett. Fedor destroys Nog and re-establishes himself as the #1 Heavy at the same time kills all credibility the UFC belt holds. M1 will obviously grow from this fight and attract other Heavies to the organization to fight for the REAL title. 2-3 years from now its M1 who is the premier organization for MMA heavywieghts and now the UFC is faced with a problem. Try and compete, try and buy them out. Since their Heavy division is #1, their other divisions will grow also just from the publicity factor. This is all because Dana White co-promoted an event with them when he never had to. Dana White would be looked at as a ****ing idiot and most likely be fired. Remember he represents the interests of the UFC, he doesn't own the UFC. He has a responsibility to the Fertittas first, and then to the fighters and then to the fans.

Dana would never co-promote an event with M-1. It wouldn't be as drastic as you are making it out to be (BewareofDawg)... but because M-1 would just be leaching off of the success and publicity of the UFC. M-1 would be the only org getting anything out of it. Of course they want to Co-Promote with the UFC. They stand to gain a lot from it, while the UFC would be shooting themselves in the foot. M-1 would obviously grow, and the UFC wouldn't lose any business as the UFC is always going to be huge in MMA, but they would have just given their competitor a nice jump start to success.

Also, I have absolutely no interest in seeing Fedor vs Nog again... ever.

I overexaggerated to make a point more clear. Its unlikely, but that scenario is definitely possible. I don't know the financial position M1 is in but they have Fedor...who brings a huge fan base in Russia and Japan. Couture, Barnett, AA, Sylvia could all be out of the UFC soon and free agents. UFC co-promoting and introducing this Org to the US fanbase could have drastic consequences for them.

White is holding back the whole sport of mixed martial arts, these business men assholes already made more money than they need to retire, yet they still want more.
Just make the damn fight happen.....couture should go to Elite XC and see if showtime would make this happen, and im sure they would more than gladly

Fedor should have known there might be a bit of a problem if you decide to sign with an org that has no other fighters in it. Then call out guys that are in an org he decided against:-(, so now what Fedor?....back to the grocery isle:good
