If I were to make odds for this 8rd comebacker for both Harris and Fedosov

    I'd favor Fedosov at 1/3
    Harris would be 5/2

    Draw would be 25/1

    Under 5.5 9/2
    Over 5.5 1/5

Gotta give credit to Fedosov for taking on a slick fighter, perhaps slicker than Jennings who he just lost to.

Good comeback fight for Fedosov.....a win which would put him solidly into the top 50 in my estimation.

Should be a solid card with Donovan George comebacking in a showcase type fight vs Troy Lowry.
Chitown SMW prospect Mike Jiminez returns to action, and CW prospect Dimar Delgado is fighting Mitch Williams.

Obviously the Fedo vs Harris fight is the Main Event though it's just an 8 rdr.

Fedosov is tough as nails, and only 28 yo. This HW division is about to open up with the retirement of Vitali and Wlad's drawing ever so close.

Fedo reminds me an aweful lot of a prime Golota, in that he attacks the body visciously and unlike Golota he doesnt seem to have the GWH baggage, ie mental problems.

What???? He moves very well defensively, spins off the ropes with the Philly shell, and CPs on the back foot with the best of em.....MOF....it was a step back counter that rocked Fedosov and turned his eye into the elephant man.:D

    Point being......watch Harris vs Gerber.....

Masterclass boxing lesson given to Gerber even though Harris was horribly robbed.

Fedosov will look to pressure Harris with body attack and unlike Monsour, Fedo will GET HIS KO win over the tough veteran.:deal:deal:deal

Andre Fedosov comes back after a tough loss in which he was busting Jennings up to the body before walking into a counter UC, with a quality KO2 win over the tough and slick Mo Harris.

Harris, a 48 fight vet, with quality wins throughout his career, may have finally given his swansong loss.

After taking KO machine Amir Monsour the distance, winning 4 rds on my card, and having clowned Gerber 7-1 in a fight he was robbed, he takes on insanely gritty toughman, the 28 yo 25-3 Russian Andre Fedosov who beats him from pillar to post before finally succumbing at 2:24 into the 2nd rd.

This win catapults Fedosov into boxrecs top 40, and places him firmly in the mix for a quality fight.

Perhaps he should look to avenge his loss to Jennings, or see if he can one up Jennings by taking on Szpilka, a fight in which the tough Pole doesnt make it out of the 2nd rd himself.:deal

Maurice Harria ia 38 and has a record of 26-19-2, and has been stopped 12 times.

When he was 21,he was being beaten by a near 50 year old Larry Holmes.

Let not go pretending hes anymore than a washed up, journeyman.

What is it with you and guys who are barely top 50 in the hw division recently?

I like guys who have something special, and fly under the radar of boxing fans because they get no hype.

Harris is no easy win, not by any standards.

The fact is, this was a comeback fight for Fedosov, and a showcase fight.

He passed the test with flying colors.....now, onto bigger and better things. Hopefully he can get in with a slightly bigger name opponent again, and not get an unlucky stoppage.

Hopefully Kathy Duva will put him back to work on a Main Events NBC card, against Malik Scott would be nice, as would Szpilka. But without a solid purse, it'll be tough for this kid to find work....he'll be lucky to get a shot at Monsour.

    I wouldn't mind a Charr/Fedosov fight at all.

Im sure Fedosov would cherish the thought.....solid payday, and chance at a title if he wins.

Charr otoh.....I think Fedo is way to high risk/low reward for his ppl to look for that fight.

Nobody with any kindof title aspirations is gonna wanna get in the ring with Fedosov before their title shot.:think

Guys who have tough fights with washed up Lance Whitaker dont have "something special"

Beating a washed up Maurice Harris, proves essentially nothing.

Best of luck to the man. Hope he makes some money

Wasnt a huge event, but Donavan George was fighting and he's got a lot of fans up that way in NE Indy.....

I would be surprised if none of his ppl got video of the event. He scored a TKO6 in his own comeback fight so Im sure something will pop up.:think

Hopefully.... Any word on what the knockout was like? Harris knocked out cold, didn't make the count etc. Says KO 2 on boxrec, and knowing Harris' track record I wouldn't be shocked if it was a clean knockout.

he actually beat holmes ass in that fight if you watched it, he was robbed, the annoucers thought so as did the crowd.
but yes, at this point, he is beyond shot and giving someone praise for knocking him out is kinda funny.
