No, what was sad was the fact that KNEEguel quit and took the easy way out. In the words of Money: Blood, sweat and tears! Things that Cottoe obviously knows nothing about.

Calderon getting stopped by Segura after the ballsiest performances of his career was unfortunate.

I will add Khan vs Garcia to my list too. I never really liked Khan, way to cocky and arrogant but seeing him standing in his corner totally humiliated and humbled after Garcia KOed him was kinda hard to watch.

Not many considered him a nice guy what with the dog fighting etc but watching McCllenan take a knee against Benn was very sad on retrospect.

Also Tyson against McBride made my eyes well up

Lots of good ones here. I would add Escobedo v. Broner, De La Hoya against Manny.

Katsidis when he got stopped by Marquez, he fought well against a superior opponent not long after his brother had just died, the last few rounds he got beat up pretty good and it was a good stoppage by the ref.

Katsidis against Joel Casamayor. The look on Kats' face after the referee waved the bout off says it all.
