Every couple of sparring sessions if I have been working hard and then in later rounds I am tired and my head movement is not the best and all that I will get hit w/ a few good shots here and there but I never have been down. I am wondering though after sparring is it ok to feel a little buzzed, I mean I can still work out afterwords, and I have checked for signs of concussion,(No dilated pupils, not throwing up, no sensitivity to light, no headache). Just my head feels a lil woozy if you know what I mean, I am pretty sure its nothin to worry about, just need to know if you feel like this after sparring sometimes.

You'll get used to getting hit and that will go away.

Make sure you are staying hydrated. Sounds like you may not be drinking enough fluids.

Yep. Perhaps he will also improve his defense and doesn't get hit that hard and often next time.

Defense schmefense. I heard that your face gets stronger if you smash a brick against it every night for 10 minutes.

IMO you're fine to work out even if you get knocked down. I've been knocked down sparring before and continued sparring and working out for several hours, if anything it made me more motivated to move better and punch harder. Pay attention the next day though, if you get any classic concussion symptoms the next day then you might want to chill out with the sparring a bit or cut the rounds down and make up for it elsewhere.
