Feeling bad for Lebedev today

    It is time for him to go, and he knows it. But I take a moment to thank the man as a fan for a great career.

    Lebedev could easily have been remembered as an elite guy, except that he was on the wrong end of a couple of decisions that could have went either way, and suffered a tremendous beating to a PEDS cheat in a defeat that was ultimately nullified. He was never quite the same after that.

    In any even, I think he will be remembered very fondly as an action fighter who fought anybody.

    Thanks man! Enjoy the rest of your life.

    Props, by the way, to Thabisco Mchunu who has quietly had a very good career, and positions himself for a title shot in the post-Usyk era. I would love to see him win a belt.
