hey guys been training like **** the past 2 weeks.I usually train 7days a week,do you think taking a week off would be a good idea.iv not had a week off training in about 6 months but lacking my desire to train this week,or should i just bite down and get on with it?
Why train 7 days a week? That mental. You do realise that you don't improve from training- you imporve by recovering from training. Your recovery is the entire point of training. Choosing your training program wisely to avoid certain activities in too close frequency to each other is paramount. 4-5 days a week max and thats if you are trying to work to a specific target IMO. I physically couldn't train 7 days a week because on the days I do train - I train so intensly.
Train with my bodybuilding mates 3 times a week,box four(although spar only 3)try to get my roadwork done about 3 times a week,got OCD i think jeff.
Tell me about it monday to friday have the weekend off. Look at my schedule on the other thread about using different gyms.
