I'm aching again. I did a bit of boxing yesterday for the first time ever, I was rubbish and now my arms and shoulders hurt a bit but not too bad.

:lol: my co-ordination is atrocious. I imagine everyone burst out laughing as soon as I left. I will return as soon as I get over my shame.

My back (shoulder blades) really aches today.

They've all seen noobs before, hell they've all been noobs before. There is no shame in being horrible the first time, everybody is.

Thanks dudes. I fully intend to go back next week. Everyone was super nice and encouraging even tho I was clearly **** and told me to stick at it. I didn't pay a penny either! Massive incentive to return though I doubt I'll get away with it twice :D

You won't be much less horrible on your second day, trust me. It takes a lot of practice to become good at it. Many many hours.

I was fully expecting to be awful anyway & didn't feel too bad about it, I hope it doesn't take too long to improve a bit :bbb I don't understand why my brain couldn't seem to communicate with my feet, it was peculiar. I never knew I was ******ed :huh

Everyday you get " good " or better, especially when you dont think you are.

To consider that you are or arent, usually contains " you showed up "

Bad days are good days too :D

Boxing is a very, very hard sport to learn. Almost everyone gets a little shock the first time. It is importnant to think about everything you've done at the training. Try and do some of the movements in front of the mirror at home. Practice, practice and more practice. :good

EDIT: I saw in your first post that you had done some aerobics. That should help you a bit with coordination. Actually I've started doing aerobic in order to get better at coordination in boxing.
