I've got a really high impact dance workout dvd, it's an old ministry of sound one. I hate classes, I'll try and do the dvd. It's hard though.
I'm a pretty good skipper. I can't keep it up much longer than ten minutes and I don't go super fast either. Punching is fun but my feet move independently. I am a ****** :-(
