wat do u mean by that? i ean do u keep them like this? http://www.strictlybusinessboxing.com/resources/step+over.jpg or do you haev the front foot point straight forward
I keep my front foot at a 45 degree angle. It feels very strange having it pointing forward, but I guess it's just a matter of personal preferences.
I keep it straight.. Not sure how you would pivot on a hook if it was already turned that much.. Also better for balance.
45 degree definitely, otherwise it feels awkward for me. People do all sorts of different things with the back foot, but I keep that at 45 too, in a line from front heel to back toe.
Upon further review my front foot is at about a 10 degree angle, not perfectly straight, my back foot is turned more than 45 though... How the **** do you guys turn your front foot to 45 and turn a good hook or have balance.. Guess its just personal style and choice..?
I don't believe you box either. You ask way to many simple questions which any boxing coach could answer, but you choose to ask people on an Internet forum. :think
Ermm well i keep my foot at 45 degrees and i seem to be good with my hooks. I put a lot of hip and shoulder movement in along with knees .
i no im quoting my self but i just noticed it was a fkin dumb thing 2 say when i obviously didnt read the question whichever you find better you should stick with i say 45 tho
