I finally had the chance to catch the Strikeforce fights and I have to say that the sight of Raphael Feijo leaving King Mo lying flat on his face in a bloody pool recalled to mind when Wanderlai Silva left Rampage Jackson hanging through the ropes in a bloody heap. Of course Wanderlai had used his knees, but Feijo used those brutal elbows to the head. I was surprised at how much punishment Mo took until he folded but alot of lesser men would have folded long before he did. At least he was fighting back hard all the way and a threat until the end as he landed a hard right left combination just before he was taken out. This fight really elevates the status of both fighters in my mind.

Good fight i thought king mo had it after the 2nd round. It looks like feijao was getting tired then boooommm he landed that knee and then right hook that knock him down. Good job by big john for stopping the fight.

King Mo is a really tough dude. Silly to trade like that.. Noticed how he neglected snatching up the rear leg a few times because the cage was kind of in the way.. I get the feeling Mo will be back. Took more big shots than I expected to hurt him tbh, and he seemed to do fairly well in the standup. He's a lot like a younger Rampage.

Mo's a warrior. But the fight should have been stopped when Mo was taking all those elbows to his dome. Im sure that was a 12 to 6 motion as well. They looked illegal to me. Mo should have stuck to what he does best and controlled Feijao on the mat with his grappling. Gurgel did the same thing with Noons and KTFO.

I was surprised too how many bows Mo took, and I also thought some of them looked illegal. Whatever you want to say about the guy, he demonstrated he has ton of heart. Even after he was dropped after that right he didn't retreat but went for the take down and held on to the legs til he was out.

Mo can take a shot and he is tough. He just fought a stupid fight. Mo has very good striking that should support his wrestling not vica versa. Feiajo showed a good takedown defence but Mo lacked the smarts to work out how to take him down and KEEP him down.

Both are great fighters...they should either have mousasi vs Feijo or a rematch (mo vs mousasi) at this point...
