    You have to admit this mid rounds he was gasping for air, he's been slipping for a while, that laser jab of his was gone for allot of the fight. i scored the fight for sturm by the way but i don't mind the aussie winning because had sturm won he was going to drop the WBA belt and duck golovkin.

    No, he's facing live opponents for once. Barker and Geale both beat him lately.

    he didn't look too bad against Zbik, but that's because Zbik is B-level at best

    I agree, he's been on the downslide lately, no wonder he didn't want to face Golovkin

    He looked alot flatter than usual. Not a great arsenal of punches either, I've seen him hook alot more effectively in previous bouts.

    The body shots geale was landing took their toll from the mid rounds onwards.

    Nice way to discredit a solid win away from home by Geale :-(

    geale is a worldclass fighter, but sturm has been slipping, 4 years ago guys like macklin or murray would have been beaten decisively. geales lucky he got the win IMO,

    Abraham is past prime as well. So now make this goddamn fight happen NOW! This is pretty much the German version of Pac vs. Mayweather or Abraham vs. Pavlik so it needs to happen ASAP.

    Geale can make a lot of people look flat with his high work rate, he is a carrdio machine, love his attitude doesn't talk **** and is humble as he deserves big pay days.
