Nope. Martinez is no longer in the WBC top 40 after losing their belt to Cotto, and is absent from every other top fifteen (WBA/WBO/IBF). Sturm is WBA #6, IBF #4, not ranked by the WBO or WBC.
Don't most division rankings have him still ranked top 10. Seems a big jump to go from the top spot to no longer ranked. :think
