Intresting to see what Chagaev has left. Sorry I'm late, fell asleep after work, only to dream that I was sent to Prison for a crime I didn't commit. DW though, dreamt I beat the guard to death with his own batton and escaped. Probably my sub-concious telling me not to miss this.
Round 1 Chagaev pushes Kreiskott to the ropes with his right jab. Feigned left uppercut gets Kreiskott leaning back exaggeratedly. A bit of bob and weave on the front foot by Chagaev, pecking with his southpaw jab. Kreiskott puts in a 1-2, blocked. Chagaev plumbs with a few jabs, tickling Kreiskott's chin. BIG LEAD LEFT UPPERCUT by Chagaev, grazing and driving Kreiskott to the ropes. Kreiskott covers up and plays peekaboo as Chagaev hits the brakes. Chagaev is in no rush. Jab, jab...nice and easy, and a BIG looping left that crashes into Kreiskott's gloves and knocks him back. Kreiskott dances in and out, poorly balanced and having to kick his base wide and nearly slipping one foot too far out of alignment. Chagaev keeps staking behind his jab. 10-9 Chagaev
I don't know, seems more likely the boxer from Belarus would be getting set up to fight out of Germany than the Peruvian (who's never fought out of South America before). Plus, they have Kharkevich slated to contend for the Belarus middleweight title over 10 rounds next week which makes me feel that Reynoso is the "tuneup fodder". Maybe they've seen tape and consider his record padded and not representative of how dangerous he really is. :conf
Round 2 Kreiskott is hoisting his guard up and down as he circles and gets nailed by the southpaw 1-2 from Chagaev. Kreiskott is keeping his back off the ropes but getting walked all over the ring as Chageav has target practice with his jab and left cross. Kreiskott suddenly finds his cojones and wades in with a few heavy shots, but Chagaev gets his gloves up and drifts away. Slow, probing double jab by Chagaev and then a left hand to the guard. 20-18 Chagaev
