    I feel Macklin has about as much chance of getting a decision as Matthysse does later tonight.

    Both need to find a way to get the stoppage. At the rate he's bothering Felix to the body, Matt just might get it!

    Sturm came on a bit in that round. He probably won that round on the judges. I still think Macklin threw more and landed more. 2-0 Macklin.

    Great left-hand from Sturm. He's finding a home for that jab now, and he's picking up momentum. Macklin's not being deterred, though. He's winning the round on more activity.

    Macklin is working the body and flipping up overhand rights. Sturm is stepping back and jabbing sharply. Macklin pushes him back around the ring, battering his guard and touching up his ribs with all ten knuckles making impressions. Sturm has a little puffiness around his face. Nice jabs by Sturm now. Macklin is uppercutting his way in, lefts and rights under the gloves. Nice overhand by Macklin sets off a long combo!! Sturm shells up and takes it before spinning Macklin to the ropes and popping him with a right hand of his own!

    That one was very close, though.
