Yeah, it´s really ridiculous, and you know what? The propaganda the commentator and the crowd are making is really sad for the boxing sport, everytime the brave Griffin hit Sturm with combinations, everybody is quit, and when Felix throws a jab everybody screams... :verysad

 sounds like a faire decision to me I'm tired of people complaining about judging even when its clear the judges are not corrupt of course the home town guy is gonna get favoured thats what home court advantage is all about!

I mean if the judges were corrupt they would've given it to Sturm not a DRAW. Reading Sweden's comment its obvious alot of the rounds could've gone either way.

    GERMANY :crybaby

ODLH gets a gift in the US.
Calzaghe gets an easy stoppage in the UK.
Malignaggi has the ref sucking his dick in NY.

The home town guy has an advantage in boxing like in every other sport.

You know, for me personally, I have no problem when the hometown-fighter gets the closer rounds, but here Griffin won with at least 2 rounds, and it´s like I wrote yet very sad what a propaganda the German TV makes...

    Personally, I hate biased judges!

But I felt Sturm was the more accurate puncher, and this fight was no way a clear decision for Griffin. Griffin, on the other hand, was more aggressive.

However, I do feel that Pavlik or Taylor would beat Sturm.

Close fight, I had Strum up one or two rounds....Some how the judges gave 3 of the first 4 rounds to Griffith....how I don't know....I gave one round to Griffith then, and the fifth. One was close so I could see 2-1-1 for Strum..
There will be a Rematch...Griffith is a conditions machine, and if he could only jab, he'd be dangerouse....he did of course but seldom, and 93% or more of his punches landed clearly on the gloves or elbows of Strum....
Griffith did get though here and there...
Strum got more clear punches in.
The judges are not German two were Ameircan...one from Porto Reico and one from Venisulaia.....American judges in that they don't seem to count jabs, and do count pretty hooks to the gloves.....

i didnt watch the whole thing, but let me give you a few FACTS:

1 - the first half of the fight was pretty much sturm's. 2 rounds or so could have been given to griffin, but you gotta be really greedy and sturm hating for that.
2 - the commentator did NOT prefer sturm. in fact he said he does not agree with the audience who had this fight for sturm by 3 or so rounds.

ah **** listing more points. how reliable can luigi's scoring be if he even tells **** about something as trivial as point 2?

it's always the same names when it comes to crying over robberies in germany. after having read a couple of posts here and having seen a couple of rounds myself, a draw seems to be alright. and you can imagine i'm pissed about sturm than you or other hypocrits as i've always been a big sturm supporter but in the last couple of fights sturm did not stop letting me down, so why should i defend him?

The problem is, that the crowd and the commentator are so biased, everytime Sturm threw one of his jabs they screamed like he totally dominated the fight, which of course was bull****. That´s what influence us watchers indirectly. Watch the fight again without audio and you will score the fight for Griffin, believe me...

And that´s another thing I don´t understand, when someone (in this case I) criticize something, he gets immediately called a hater. It isn´t vexatiously for me that they fought in Germany, it´s the thing that corruption is world-wide, it isn´t only Germany. I also get angry when in Italy a hometown- fighter gets an undeserved decision...

Yeah, and that´s sad. You know, I´m so, if for example an Italian fights against a foreigner, I want that the better man gets the decision, even if it was a pretty close fight, but most people seemingly aren´t so...

They guy who gave the fight to Griffin is a hall of fame referee. Stanley Christodoulou, the only judge who gave Lewis the win in the controversial Lewis-Holyfield draw (that Lewis should have won). Cry more!!

And for the one who said that 2 judges were from America: That´s total bull****, if you pay enough money the judges, they score even against their family...
