Felix Sturm vs Sebastian Sylvester on November 1st!

Tough fight for Sylvester and also for Sturm...very close and difficult to predict imho.

 

Sturm should be the favourity but only slightly. He has a better resume, not by much though, and is the more talented and accomplished guy. Sylvester has the hunger. Could be a good fight. I will root for Sylvester.

 

I'm rooting for Sylvester as well. This should be a great fight!!

 

I want Sylvester to KO Sturm...but at least it will be a fight - counting out Winky, these 2 are the world's no.3 and no.4 at middleweight.

I am hoping to make it to Oberhausen, watching it with 10,000 others...as long as it's promoted the right way...

i too root for sylvester to beat up that arrogant piece of **** sturm.

but in reality, i think while both have similar styles and rely heavily on the jab, sturm is the more polished of the two. just a little better at everything.

having said that, yes, sylvester has the hunger. that will be his big plus!!

 

Sturm will have his hands full with Sylvester. I'll be rooting for Sylvester, but I slightly favour Sturm in this fight, because he has better overall skills. But Sturm better bring his A game, coz Sylvester is motivated and hungry as hell, he'll come to fight all night! And I wouldn't be surprised to see Sturm running and clinching the whole evening, that's what he does best (besides his jabbing)...

 

Well if Sylvester can brutally knock out iron-chinned Castillejo, just imagine what happens if he catches glass-chinned Sturm with such a well-timed punch...

 

I'll root for Sylvester, but I think Sturm will win this one by 1 or 2 points, maybe by MD or SD. But if Sylvester does what he did to Castillejo, well, I'll be very happy.

The winner should fight Arthur Abraham before King Arthur starts his long US career (and moves up to SMW).

 

Do not underestimate Sturm. He is far from "glass-chinned". He has ONE TKO resume in his resume. The other loss against ODH was one of the saddest days for american boxing because Sturm clearly should have won that.

I think most people here discredit hin because he is an arrogant *****, but he is (was) a great boxer as well. Sylvester will have a hard time. For me it´s 55 to 45 in favour of Sturm and im more of a fan vor the hurricane...
