If the fight is in Puerto Rico then Tito wins UD.

If it is anywhere else then Sergio wins by UD!!!

You get a significant win or two and that's whats going to happen.

He was stopped by Margarito in the past, I firmly believe Trinidad would bring too much to the table for Sergio.

Do you happen to remember how far into the past that was?

Yes I am aware of that.

When was the last time he fought anyone close to as good as a prime Trinidad?

Exactly, besides not being good enough Martinez gets tired and fights in spurts after 4 or 5 rounds, with the exception of Mayweather and Pac and a younger Mosley, all these guys at 147-154 would not have been elite 10 yrs ago.

He faced the same fighter, he faced the same fighter who fought Hopkins. Miranda, Zuniga and Taylor got KO'd because they lacked a boxing iq and stood right in front of him. Pavlik was always a good puncher, not a great puncher, and his defence was always open. The fact that your still in denial is a joke.

I don't think we've had one close enough to a prime Trinidad, since Trinidad.
Martinez never really had a prime, sadly - the opportunities weren't there.
I've followed the guy for several years; there're way more should of & would of than could of.

Oscar was the first, then B-Hop followed the blueprint on how to beat Trinidad.

Martinez moves realy well and can box.IMO he gives Tito all kinds of angles that has Trinidad turning all night.

    Martinez UD victory.

Styles make fights. And Martinez style its perfect for a prime Tito. Tito KO8.
Now, present time Tito needs to continue enjoying his retirement

Martinez is not a slick boxer he is just a fast athlete. He is there to be hit by anyone that will swing, P-Will and Pavlik showed this. Tito would knock his ass out and destroy the rest of his career, simple as that.

Listen, Trinidad has a Glass Jaw above 147lbs. Martinez is the Undisputed Middleweight Champion. He is also faster. Martinez would clown prime Trinidad.

As much as i like Martinez, im gonna favor Tito on this one. Maravilla would be ahead on the scoredcards, but Tito eventually catches him good and stops him late, around the 9th-11th.
