That was 2 years later, in a weight division he hadnt fought in in 5 years idiot. Are you being this stupid on purpose? Oscar beat Mayorga in 6, the same Mayorga that nearly beat Mosley last year. Plus it was Floyds 5th division.

Sorry clown, Oscar still had it, and Floyd was obviously hampered by the extra weight, and still won.

 

floyd could never hurt tito. he could survive him though. if tito starts slow, i can see floyd squeezing out a win. if tito hits the ground running, i see an 8th or 9th rd ko.

 

I would love to see this match-up.

What people fail to see is that Tito only started losing when he went up scaling further divisions, and were only outboxed effectively by the naturally bigger men.

At 147, Tito have the size and the power to make Mayweather fight in a defensive mode, and I don't see Mayweather opening up a lot to tuck in enough rounds to win the fight.

Tito would absolutely put a beating on Mayweather at 147 floyd is too small Tito would have no respect for him. You think Castillo muscled him around at 135 LOL ....well at 147 here Tito a huge welter man with dynamite in both fists amazing endurance.....

Floyd doesnt have the physical strength of Roy Hopkins and Winky to keep Tito off of him.

Floyd doesn't have enough power @ WW to hurt Trinidad but I think he could outbox him and win a somewhat close UD. He could definitely take away Trinidad's left hand.

 

Easy fight for Mayweather. If he doesn't win by stoppage, then 12-0 decision.

 

If this were late 90's Tito, Floyd would not go anywhere near him. I think even Mayweather fan's would agree with that.

 

Neither fighter did anything similar to what Floyd has done. De la hoya has been a boxer/puncher and hopkins the same. Both were employed that night. De la hoya was aggressive, threw combinations, high punch output, simply put, not Mayweathers style. Hopkins was also aggressive and forced Tito to fight backwards. I can't see Mayweather being successful at that.
