Tito by KO. Tito was 10 times the boxer Sergio was. And at 154 Tito was on beast mode.

 

I could actually see this being another Tito classic, where he gets put down and gets up and wins by KO, like his fights with Leushing, Campus etc.
I would favour Tito by KO in around 5 rounds, but could imagine him having to get up from a knockdown in an exciting while it lasts fight
