I wouldn't say that a Tito ko is a foregone conclusion, Williams' chin proved to be granite below MW. It stood the test vs Martinez the first time around and withstood numerous bombs from Lara @154. I'd favor Tito by UD in a fight where a corner stoppage would be a good idea, however, Williams' cornermen were among the worst of all time and likely would allow him to weather the storm of a career altering beat down.
I'd actually lean towards Williams at 147, its a 50/50 fight with Williams being a huge weight cutter.

Trinidad by KO but with Trinidad's dodgy chin it could be an up and downer

Why 154? They were both better at 147, though one can make an argument that Tito's best performance was at junior middle. Well, I guess it's your thread so you can do what you want...

Tito v Paul Williams right now in his wheelchair is not much worse than Cotto v Martinez was.

Tito and his special wraps would get the job done.

Because they both complained about being drained at 147 and though they where very successful at that weight their best moments in my opinion came at 154

I don't recall Williams being uncomfortable at 147, he was basically blackballed from the division. Furthermore, he didn't accomplish anything noteworthy at 154, he didn't even have a top notch win there.

Close fight. Tito isn't a counter punching southpaw which was the style that really troubled Williams. Williams liked fighting guys like Tito. He would without a doubt out work tito and his size would activirty and stamina would give Tito fits. Williams had a very good chin, iron below 160 so Tito's power might not bother him. This is a pick em fight to be honest.
