I'm going to say Hearn s by decision. Dropping Tito twice and getting a unanimous.

Hearns would teach Tito a boxing lesson much like Oscar had..

Tough call. I'm a big Tito fan and anyone who thinks he doesn't stand a chance at all is underrating him... but I can't help but feel Hearns has more strings to his bow and could win more than one way.

I think Hearns but you have to consider that Hearns fought in same day weigh ins and came in no more than 3 pounds over 147 whereas Trinidad was like 15 lbs heavier on the night huge difference

I assure you that Hearns put on more than 3 pounds, even with a same day weigh in. Once you're that dried out, you gain weight EXTREMELY quickly once you start eating/hydrating.

Hearns probably put on a good 6-7 pounds by time he got in the ring. Hell, maybe even more.

Gil Clancy mentioned several times that guys usually put on 6-7 pounds before coming into the ring, and this was in the early 80s BEFORE the 24-hour weigh-in.

And Leonard once said he used to gain about 5 pounds after the weigh-in.

So you're dreamin if you think Hearns only gained 3 pounds after the weigh-in.

In any case, Hearns would bomb Trinidad out of there. A few extra pounds wouldn't save Tito.

I think this would a great fight and a better match than others do. If it comes to points I see a Hearns win, but I fully expect this to NOT go the distance....and in that scenario I see 50/50 type of fight. I picked Tito today but I can see either guy with no argument from me.

It is my fault that I put that there, but I am learning to navigate this option.
